WHEN Jill Furmanovsky arrived in mid-1960sí Britain it was a culture shock to
say the least.
At 11 years old, she had left sunny Rhodesia (present-day Zimbabwe) with her family for a new life in a soggy and smoky London.
But Jillís life was improved immeasurably thanks to The Beatles and, more specifically, Paul McCartney.
For it was outside the Fab Four memberís house that she snapped her first rock shot, on a Kodak Instamatic.
