Jewish company makes vital product

A JEWISH-owned company in Bury, Manchester has increased its production of hand sanitser to help front line services keep up the fight against Coronavirus.

And Quest Personal Care will be donating the majority of it to front line services.

Anthony Wagman owner and chief executive of QPC has increased the creation of the product and will be giving away, in total, 800 litres or 4,000 standard 200ml bottles of the product to charities and care homes such as Heathlands Village, Prestwich.

More than 80 different charities and front line services will benefit from the donation

Mr Wagman said: “More people need to do more to help.

“It’s quite simple.

“We’re lucky enough that our business is surviving at the minute.

“We can do more, we should do more and so we are doing more.”

Mr Wagman, a former pupil of Manchester Kind David and Leeds University, is also the chairman of trustees of The Red Sea Pedestrians charitable committee.
